Light toning and few spots to cloth, top stain faded, small paper lift and corresponding remnant between pages 152 and 153 affecting first four lines of each page; dust jacket with edge and fold wear, edge tears, paper chips, two-inch diagonal tear from head of spine into front panel, paper loss in lower margin of rear panel, several tape repairs on verso of jacket, back panel browned and smudged.
