Large quarto. 377pp. Profusely illustrated with black and white photos. Contemporary red leather, lettered and decorated in gilt to spine and front cover, five raised bands, all edges gilt, gilt dentelle turn-ins over silk-moire doublures.

Spine and board edges darkened; boards rubbed and worn; joints starting; slight wrinkling, occasional thumbsoiling to pages; ink gift inscription to front free endpaper dated 1920, with ink-stamps and bookplate of law Society Library. Very good. Item #2639
