Quarto. [78]pp + 4pp notes. Fully illustrated, with printed and mounted typographic examples by Zapf.  Publisher's quarter parchment over green paper-covered boards, spine lettered in gilt, original unclipped dust jacket. With two pamphlets laid-in, one signed by Zapf.
