Small octavo. 83 pages. Bound without the half-title page. Full green pebbled leather with gilt and blind fillets on both boards, five raised spine bands with gilt lettered title label and frames in compartments, gilt patterned board edges and inner dentelles, all edges gilt, yellow coated endpapers, reading ribbon.

Binding rubbed, heavier at extremities. Pencil bibliographic note on verso of front free endpaper, previous owner’s name and address on facing blank page. Last two leaves with creases and small margin tears. Few small unobtrusive stains. Otherwise a very good copy of the first issue. FCB-826. Item #826
