Octavo. 127 pages. Publisher’s cloth covered beveled edged boards. Gilt cherub device, designs and rules on front board, matching blind stamped designs and rules on back. Gilt title and decorations on spine. All edges gilt.

Boards rubbed, small chips to head and tail of spine. Corners and edges bumped. Front joint starting at head. Hinges cracked. Shaken with some over-opened pages and textblock split at signature “F”. Light foxing (heavier towards the front and back). An important presentation copy of this scarce first edition by the pseudonymous poet “Kalliphronas” with hints to his true identity. Good. FCB-827.
